Interview
Had to follow up a lot- was not clear on the interview process/length of process. Actual interview went well, but I had to wait while they got people to talk/interview with me- showed a lack of set up and coordination within the company. Got back to me pretty quickly in terms of setting up a second interview, but it did not go anywhere after that. They took 2 months to complete the interview process and then did not end up bringing on anyone for the internship.

Interview
First contact with office in MI. They will screen and typically look for other consulting experience or background in a particular industry in which they may consult. Subsequent meetings with partners and other members of consulting team. Looking for technical and cultural fit.
