Interview
They told me "we have too many women right now" and refused to confirm an interview after telling me for nearly two months I would be interviewed for their new location.
Two phone interviews, they each lasted around 30 minutes. Lots of questions and opportunities for me to respond. Interviewers listened well and were attentive I could tell that they cared.

Interview
I was called in for an interview. I met with the owner of the company. He asked me basic questions about what I know about the job and what type of work I've done. I told him what I knew (which was very little about assembly). He liked that I used to be a roofer and wasn't afraid of hard work. I was hired immediately pending the results for a drug test and background check.
