EMERGICON interview questions

The interview screening went ok. Having over 25 years of experience, I was well qualified for the role with proven knowledgeable, experience and leadership. . I was looking for an opportunity closer to home which is why I applied. The screening went well. Was advised that she would be sending over a behavioral assessment and afterwards, she would get me scheduled with hiring managers. I took the screening and never heard back. Followed up but was advised that they were moving in a different direction. That’s fine. I know for sure it wasn’t about qualifications but perhaps they thought I was overqualified. Not certain. It started and ended kind of weird as far as communication goes.
