Not much of an interview process. Basically background and previous work experience. Met with director of the company along with the operations manager for the interview. Hiring was immediate and all paper work was done diligently.

Brilliant! Really well coordinated, excellent questions and time to talk to the interviewer to see if we had a good personality fit, good feedback and really friendly conversations.
The 3 stage approach is thorough and well thought out - the flexibility of a phone interview as the 1st stage was also greatly appreciated and made me want to progress with interview process.
