They found my resume on Monster. I had a telephone interview first and then two in person interviews. The interview was simple. The interviewers were very pleasant and easy to talk to.

Interview
Standard phone and 1:1 interview with some standard questions. Very polite HR person and manager. They didn't seem to be in a rush to make a hire. I ended up having to contact them after each interview and eventually recieved an offer. I liked that parts of the interview were clearly geared to this particular position.
