The interview process culminates in the employer asking you to complete a proposal that you would submit to the board and CEO for a meeting which I found to be atypical and unusual as it is not customary or perhaps under any professional ethics which apparently is abscent by asking a potential employee to complete a job a paid employee would do and who is to say or stop that this isn't going to be used by the company. I advise against completing this submit a departmental philosophy and plan for the board meeting as I was apparently bamboozled by this inexperienced start up product whose product line is pricey for a distraction product which does no real health benefit.
