The interview was well structured The first interview was very calm and the interviewer was focussed on what i know. Questions were clear . I was able to answer 50% of questions and still get the confidence of the interviewer . The second round was a stress interview sort of thing, the intend was to make me stress and analyse my behaviour. Few simple aptitude questions were asked. Most of questions were on what i had worked in my previous organisations. ELGi looks for designers and not modellers, So no CAD test is conducted. Understanding of product is tested thoroughly. If you are strong with mechanical calculations and u understand things well you can be an employee of ELGi easily
