Interview process began with initial questions over email. I responded immediately but it took over a month for the hiring specialist to finally set up an interview. During the phone call, it was clear that they had not looked at my resume beforehand, as they were surprised by something that was within the first line. I was also told that I would hear back within the next week for the next steps as I was a strong candidate; this was three weeks ago. Overall, I'm very dissatisfied with the process and the total disregard for my time.
