I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EFCO in Jul 2023
Interview
Process took about 8 weeks. Had a phone interview with a lead drafter asking about my experience and typical interview questions such as: Why do you want to work there? What makes you qualified?
Received a personality assessment typical like big corporations issue. Then had an in-person interview where I interviewed with several team leads and was given a tour of the institution. Received a call from the regional manager later that week and two weeks later received an offer.
Pretty slow process but if you study "common" interview questions and elaborate on your experience you'll do well. Have a sense of urgency and eagerness to learn. It's a niche field so they don't expect much.
I applied online. I interviewed at EFCO (Dulles, VA) in Jul 2024
Interview
I had an HR interview first, met with the Hiring Manager next, and had a final interview with the Regional Manager. I was also required to fill out several assessments and tests. The company is hard to find information on since there are two EFCO companies and they are both located in the same region. Few employees at the company seem to be on LinkedIn, also.
Phone Screen with HR Director, in person interview with their safety director, warehouse manager, other hr members, and payroll team members. A one-on-one interview with the financial director and a tour of the facility
