Went for the first and second interview, the first interview is with HR, whereas the second one is with an employer who has experience in the job field. The second interview was more of a test in my opinion as they ask for feedback and recommendation to test your knowledge. I did not accept the offer due to low pay (below 2.9K), even though they said that the pay âmayâ increase based on performance, I feel that it is unlikely as it was not stated in the clause. They may ask you for your expect salary, but the offered salary may be very low to what you ask so I suggest asking higher.
