I applied online. I interviewed at EECU (Fresno, CA) in Oct 2022
Interview
The interview process was very calm and informative as the supervisors who were interviewing me let me know what my job responsibilities would be and how I handle myself on the job would be very important when dealing with rude or aggravated clientele.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EECU
Interview
It was pretty basic, I once interviewed with Chase and that was way tougher. If you have a retail/banking background you should be good. I did notice that most of the people that get hired know someone already working there. I didn't but I was very prepared for the interview. You will have to undergo a Livescan so lying about any criminal background will be found out. They also asked me to provide proof of my previous wage compensation and position. Try to avoid overselling yourself because it might turn around and bite you. Other than that, everyone is very friendly and it's a great place to work. Be ready to demonstrate your abilities, I mentioned I was a good salesperson and was randomly asked to sell the interviewer a pencil.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All the interview questions were very predictable, if you've done your research you should be fine. They include things like- What's the best compliment you've had at work, what's a weakness of yours, explain a time you turned a bad experience for someone into a positive, how do you deal with conflict, how do you feel about selling services.
