Online interview, then 2 in person interviews, online interview involved answering set questions with a chatbot, 2 in person interviews were on site and in person, interview process was smooth
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at EE (City of London, England) in Nov 2025
Interview
Such a long winded interview process for a minimum wage job. They love to celebrate employing people with no experience but half the interview questions don’t cater to those without previous jobs. Making a whole 5 minute presentation, then made to work almost 2 hours on the shop floor greeting customers who thought I worked there then the standard interview questions. Honestly overall a waste of time and effort as I know I performed well.
