ECORYS Assistant Project Manager interview questions

I sent in my application and was contacted to arrange a phone interview. I prepared for the interview, cleared my diary for the morning of the interview and had a 20-minute phone conversation with a person from the HR department. I didn't hear back for more than a week so decided to follow up with an email asking about their decision. I never heard back from anyone in the company. It is alright not to be put through to the next round but it is quite unacceptable not to inform the candidate about the decision especially since they were chosen for an interview and had invested time and effort in the process. Based on this bad experience I can only be glad not to work for a company that treats potential employees in such a fashion. Extremely unprofessional.
