Interview
I was asked to complete 3 tests before the interview, both technical and non-technical. The job was interesting and the hiring manager seemed nice and very competent. Unfortunately the HR guy who took part in the interview (ex-army type) was a complete jerk. I think he was try to rattle me in order to see how I would react "under pressure". The hiring manager did apologize for his behaviour afterwards but I still declined their offer. Seemed like it might actually be a nice place to work by they need to be more selective with their HR staff.
