The first interview was with a recruiter who clearly wasn't prepared well. Moreover, I've been offered an interview for the translator role, but during the course of our interview it turned out that they rather needed someone with the knowledge of both languages for some sort of customer support position, but who would also be able to translate documents when necessary. The recruiter couldn't even tell me what was actually the position she contacted me about (she reached out to me on LinkedIn, I'm not looking for new opportunities at the moment). However, she expected me to agree to an interview with her superior and at the time that didn't work for me (she kept contacting me at any time, even though I told her my schedule and when I'm available). Complete nonsense.
