HR phone screen with someone in Texas followed by a Skype session with a software engineer in Washington, DC. The Skype session included screen sharing, it was recorded, and the assignment was to complete a series of exercises in a CodePen they set up. You were allowed to use Google but when I looked up some syntax on a documentation page I got the impression it counted against me.
