They wanted me to do an impersonal one-way video interview. Apparently, this would take a couple of hours.
This was a massive red flag in my opinion.

Had one ‘interview’ where they make you record your answers, then had a 4 hour written assignment. Never spoke to anyone. Felt very impersonal and like they didn’t value your time. Would not recommend applying here.
