Interview
The interview was set up by another agency. It took about a week to arrange the interview. I had been advised that it would take 1 hour, but instead it took 2 hours with the Director and Lead Consultant. Included a written test, followed by an online personality test.

Who I knew, debt I had outstanding, mother and fathers jobs, what school I attended, what grades did I get, where to I socialise at weekends. Plus the usual targets achieved etc.
