It was about a 30 minute interview. Very conversational, there weren't many "traditional" interview questions asked. Seemed to care more about getting to know me and my personality. They did want to see examples of my work during the interview.

You have to wait weeks if not months to hear a response back. You're often left in the dark and don't know where you stand in the process.
The interview was conducted online. It was a digital pre-screening interview where you're asked a couple of questions on a timed recorded interview. If you don't answer a question on time, you're still cut off.
