Applied online at Dyson website, First round of interview with the senior engineers, started off with a Technical written test requiring multiple field of engineering knowledge including fluid dynamic, structural mechanics and material properties. The interviewers mainly focus on technical questions relevant to previous projects / job experience. Second round of interview with the manager, questions on technical engineering knowledge and also questions to find out about personalities.

2 stage interview process. 1st round is technical with the team members and includes a written test on technical question and personality questions. 2nd interview is with the senior management.
