Dynamic Healthcare Systems Operations Manager interview questions

Very lengthy process where they bring you in to interview with what seems like the whole company, at least all of management and some staff. After multiple phone interviews, going in for 2 separate 3 hour interviews, it took them a month to tell me they filled the position, this was after I had sent the standard follow up emails to get status. They had recruited me due to my extensive experience in the relevant areas of operation. The interviews all went fantastic and it seemed like I was already part of the family.
