Dynamic Credit interview questions

Very weird, I was interviewed by 2 people and both introduced themselves in one line. No introduction of the company they just dive into technical questions which was very vague questions, Additionally in the job ad was stated someone who is Fluent in English and yet the interviewer lady got Kindergarten level of English, each and every time had to ask what did you say? what do you mean?
