60 minute phone interview with HR rep and hiring manager. They described the company and role to me and the rest was questions about my experience. They left it on a very positive note and said I'd hear back from them within a week. Well, that was four months ago and I haven't heard a peep so I assume I didn't get the job.

Phone screen with a local HR representative- 30 minutes
Interview with VP -1 hour
In person interviews - 2 hours. No further contact after this phase. Ghosted after spending 4 hours of my time with them. I was hesitant about even accepting the initial interview after reading all of the negative reviews but a colleague suggested do it to sharpen my interview skills. My experience of being ghosted after spending 4 hours of time validated the negative reviews. I am thankful as I believe I dodged a bullet.
