They start with a phone interview, then they bring you in for an in person interview They generally like people who are willing to get their hands dirty, and will usually give a tour of the shop. Ask lots of questions during to tour and show interest in the shop.

They like to ask questions about authority and processes. Don't question authority or processes in the interview. They love the phrase "disciplined enough to follow processes".
