Interview
The girl interviewing me said the word “fun” 12-15 times during the 10 minutes we were talking. Maybe it’s because I take myself a bit serious, but that seems like a red flag to me.
Many stages, spontaneous questions that I didn’t expect. First a virtual interview then a group interview. Then a test of memorizing recipes of drinks and whatnot. Tedious. Intimidating but they care a lot about having some creativeness and aligning with their values
The interview process is constantly being remodeled to adapt to the generations of new broista hires that fit with the growth of the company. I had a phone call interview and an in person “panel” style interview.

What kind of vegetable would you be if you could choose one?
Very friendly and fun. It was different than most interviews. They try to see how well you can hold a conversation and if you are friendly. Overall an easier interview than most.
