They want to know that you're social adaptable to different types of customers, consistently positive, and permanently happy
Are usually looking for employees with open/flexible availability and willingness to adapt. New employees generally start out working night shifts (the least busy hours...very little tips), will then be "promoted" to afternoon shifts after proving themselves. The morning shifts are usually reserved for the most experienced baristas because they require the most amount of coordination, speed, and synergy.

Super relaxed and nice people. Definitely come with a great personality and open mindset. Prepare to come with experiences from previous jobs to speak to. Not very intimidating if you bring the right energy and mindset.
There was a first round interview with multiple candidates and four interviewers, and a final round with the Operator at our stand. The first interview can be tricky since there are many candidates. Ultimately, they look for people who are very genuine and kind.
The interview is a fairly relaxed process. You should dress appropriately, but definitely okay to dress on the more casual side. Most of the questions are based on your personality.
