Brief , lots of papers to fill out, training not paid, films boring, behind the wheel was arduous trainers were amazing . Interview/ hiring process was a bit unorganized, one day for fingerprints. Maybe should be streamlined a bit ?

Interview
Interview is a process, takes time to finish the whole process, besides take tests, going for physicals test and drug test and then wait until training time is available. Its about a whole month process to even start the job.

Take your written test and they will train you to achieve your cdl class b

Interview
All applicants are almost guaranteed to get hired if you qualify. Disqualifiers include certain criminal arrests/convictions and driving history that consists of serious driving violations, multiple minor violations, or accidents. Lots of employees have left for other employment opportunities but eventually come back (the grass is not always greener....).
