I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Turnersville, NJ) in Feb 2016
Interview
I walked in and the manager said; "Can you drive and work weekends?" That was the interview. They should have asked you questions to see if you were a good candidate for the job. No drug test and background test either. I have heard a lot of bad things about working at Dunkin' Donuts and now I know why.
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
Application
I interviewed at Dunkin' (Vernon, CT)
Interview
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
