I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Merrimack, NH) in Apr 2013
Interview
You will show up to the store, and the manager will sit you down and ask you typical minimum wage-type questions about how you would handle certain customer scenarios. The interviewer will also probably ask you to reference a time where you had to work as a team to complete a common task. Since this is primarily a high school job, an easy answer to that is to make up something about a group project. Lastly, don't sweat the interview. It's Dunkin donuts; and chances are if you're having an interview you're going to get the job.
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
