30 min in person Interview, simple questions regarding what I know about Dunkin Donuts and what I wanted out of the work. I was interviewed by branch manager and began working right after the interview, a 1 hour test shift.

Very quick one-time interview, onboarding process with standardized in-person training and online training as well as training to be provided on the job. Spoke with the manager in person for about half an hour and covered standard questions about my skills and availability. Kind of hectic during the afternoon shift but fine otherwise.
