I applied in-person. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Camp Pendleton, CA) in Aug 2015
Interview
First you have to get an application by physically going to the store. You fill it out, bring it back, and wait. They contacted my via the phone number I left on the application. I talked to the franchisee (the guy who is the manager's boss) and we scheduled a date to meet. I came expecting an interview, but the only questions he asked me were about my availability. I started work later that week.

Question 1
The franchisee only asked me about my availability for work.
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
