I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Boston, MA) in Jan 2015
Interview
long process, almost two months. Have about 5 interviews with different managers.
They have interviews during all different hours of the day with no flexibility.
Be sure to be prepare to answer an IQ test soon as you applied online, very difficult.
The Brand has good benefits from what i heard but a very difficult industry to work at now a days. High turnovers and not enough staffing.
The interview was off and seemed slight unprofessional although this could be attributed to the string of Dunkin’s I applied for was privately owned and not owned by Dunkin corporation itself. I was offered the job and decided not to take based off the sketchy interview.
Had applied for District Manager, was told upon interviewing that I would actually be interviewing for a General Manager in Training position and there were no District Manager positions available. Interview was conducted over ZOOM.
