The interview was inside the store with a manager. The interview lasted 5 minutes and I was offered the job immediately after. I had to complete online training for 2 weeks before I could come in person and start working.

Question 1
Can you work weekends/nights? How would you deal with an upset customer? Why do you want to work at Dunkin Donuts?
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer

Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
