I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Boston, MA) in Apr 2019
Interview
Practically asking for your availability and maybe prior work experiences. But they are very likely to accept you if you can get the bare minimum to look like you can do the job.
Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.
The interview process was quick and informal, focused on availability, customer service skills, and reliability. Questions were straightforward, and the manager emphasized teamwork, handling busy rushes, and learning procedures on the job.
Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
