I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Sicklerville, NJ) in Nov 2013
Interview
It was a typical fast food interview. None of the questions were hard to answer, the manager seemed irritated and seemed to rush through the interview. Basically If you can read and understand English you probably have the job. I went prepared with a resume but she did not ask to see it and at the end proceeded to offer me the job before we completed the interview.
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
