I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Middletown, NY) in Dec 2009
Interview
I submitted an application with the manager of Dunkin' Doughnuts. Several days later, I was asked to come in for an interview with the manager. The interview lasted about twenty minutes, and I was immediately asked to set up a date and time that I was available for training.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions were all fairly easy. Early ones focused on past experiences and jobs. There were some questions about the company advertising and slogans that I could have been more prepared for. Interviewer asked things such as "Why does America run on Dunkin'?"
Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.
The interview process was quick and informal, focused on availability, customer service skills, and reliability. Questions were straightforward, and the manager emphasized teamwork, handling busy rushes, and learning procedures on the job.
Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
