the manager just read over my applications and asked me some questions, not a hard interview. It helped that I already knew someone who worked there already and they put in a good word for me.
Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.
Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
