I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Dunkin' in Jul 2016
Interview
Three interviews and shadowing for four hours. Very lengthy process. Seemed at bit overkill. Waiting on HR and paperwork was painfully slow. There was an initial call with text follow up. First call came in July 27th and my first day of work was September 5th.
Very general, wanted to know work history, and examples of using management and leadership skills in stressful situations. Wanted to know how I would react in specific situations. Why leaving previous job.

Question 1
What would you do if some complained about an order being wrong.
Quick and moist interview process. The coffee used was made with hot dog water and the donuts were not cooked. Over all thrilling interview with satisfying chit chat before and after the main course.
