2nd - McQuaig Word Personality Assessment = 15min
3rd - 4 virtual one on one interviews, each with different department team members/leaders = 2hrs
4th - 4 additional virtual interviews, each with different department team members/leaders = 2hrs

Personal Experience Questions: ie. Give me an example when you faced a challenge. What are your weaknesses and strengths? Tell me an example of when you had to work with a team?
Processes Examples: What type of reporting do you use? How do you formulate for markdown strategies?
