Quick respose from the time I applied to the time I was called for an interview. I meet two levels of hiring managers. The questions were the typical interview questions in general and software development questions.
There was first the Resume review, then the technical skills questions, next was peer or panel type interview, was to be a manager interview. The role was for an analyst I position so not very complicated.
