I applied online, and then was sent an email asking to meet for an in person interview. I went to the office and met with the HR manager first. She claimed she liked me so much that she wanted me to meet with 2 other members of the team as well as the CEO. My interview lasted almost 2 hours. I felt like everything went really well, and afterwards, she asked for me to send her my references list in an email. I sent that to her later that day, and that's all she wrote... I never heard from her, never got confirmation of my email, never called, nothing. I sent a thank you letter in the mail, and emailed asking if she received my references list, and nothing. To me, that's not a way to conduct business.
