The interview process was very unorganised, after a micro teach I was advice to wait in a room for an hour while other candidates where giving micro teach after that I was advice to come forward for an interview which i didn't understand why not take it at the same time when doing micro teach and let us leave! Anyhow this gave me a chance to speak to other candidates filling up the room. They also couldn't start the interview on time.
Later after a week told over that phone that i have been rejected, upon feedback request I was advice it is not their policy to give feedback which actually disappointed me the most. Because as a college you must be excellent in giving feedbacks to your student and if you can't even do that for the candidates who wasted their time to fill up the application and came to attend the interview then it is a shame and shows how unorganise this college is. It might be not their policy to give a feedback to the candidates but it is definitely my policy to make a honest review about the process.
