Was a joint interview, simple questions. Asked about what goals we had with working at Drybar. As long as you're competent you should do fine. I said I wished to work my way to corporate which I think they liked.

What goals/ vision do you have for yourself with this position/ working with Drybar.
The interview process was very relaxed. I was taken you some chairs in the back of the salon and we reviewed my resume and the interviewer asking some basic questions about my experience and interest in the field. I was then asked back for a follow up interview where I would shadow another bartender.

During a phone conversation, the owner demonstrated a commendable level of professionalism and warmth. She provided a comprehensive overview of the business operations and clearly outlined the expectations, making the discussion both informative and straightforward.

Pretty typical interview - 1 round, sat down with the manager and talked for about 15-20 minutes tops. Once I was done with the interview, they emailed me within a few days to let me know the status
