Submitted an application, initially you have a10 mins chat with the |HR team who tell you about the role and what to expect. Then a competency and tutoring interview . Was a relaxed and reasonably easy experience.
i was asked to do a lesson plan and teach a topic to the interviewer as if it was a lesson. Feedback was given. the lesson plan was quite detailed and they gave a scenario of a that student with a specific part of the topic
