Applied on jobs site, took few months to be contacted. Spoke with recruiter, then phone interview with one person at company, then went in to company for two person interview. Overall seemed great, got great feedback after, and said they wanted me to come back for second interview. While waiting to hear back on setting up second interview they do a 180 and decide to not have second interview and reject me. What?
