A recruiter reached out to me regarding my role and a few days later, I did a phone interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager only asked me two questions and cut the interview short after speaking about my experience. I was completely turned off by that, I spent time researching the company and position to only be cut short because the hiring manager felt the need to discontinue the interview. Drawbridge and management should be more engaging and knowledgeable in the position that they are hiring for -- and be mindful of candidate's time.
