I applied online. I interviewed at Draper and Kramer
Interview
Never spoke with anyone. Recruiter ghosted me TWICE when we were supposed to have a “exploratory phone conversation. The recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn, said she wanted to have a phone call and we set a date and time. I prepared and was genuinely excited about hearing more as the position seemed like a perfect fit. Well she never called at the set time. I messaged her on LinkedIn simply stating “Hey are we still on for this time?” She didn’t even respond to me. So the weekend rolls around and lo and behold I get a connection request from her on LinkedIn. I figured oh maybe something came up and she couldn’t call. She messages me Monday morning without any mention of our previous appointment or reason for her absence. We setup another time for this call again. The day of happens to be my kids first football game. I stay home under the assumption I would need to be in a quiet place to discuss the position, but when the time rolls around again she doesn’t show up. No call. No messages. Nothing . I reached out to her on LinkedIn again asking if we were still meeting and again I get no response. I have NEVER experienced this type of disregard for a candidate I. My life. I have no interest in ever working for this company after this experience. If this is how a regional recruiter treats interviewees then I can only imagine how working for them would be. The company needs a serious audit of their recruiters because you will continue to scare candidates away in the future if this type of stuff continues. I politely sent the recruiter a message stating to withdraw my application for the position.

Question 1
What time I could have a phone call to explore the position?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Draper and Kramer
Interview
applied via linkedin - HR rep reached out to schedule a brief phone call to discuss background and explain job details. I was then scheduled the following week for 2 interviews back to back. One with property manager the next with regional director. Interview was more of an open discussion than a lot of questions. The background check is extensive and gone through a third party that has a slower turn around. They took 6 business days. You will also have to complete a drug test within 3 days of submitting paperwork to HR after first verbal offer contingent on results of background and drug test.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Draper and Kramer (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2019
Interview
Interview was great. Background and drug test performed after interview. I had a 30 minute interview with the property manager and spoke with her a couple of times by phone.
