There was a few phone calls made before the in-person interview. They just wanted to know your basic information and that you even remotely qualify. Then they asked for me to visit them for an in-person interview. I was brought to the back where they set up a video conference call with other employees in NC. I talked to them about behavioral things. Definitely used the STAR interview method for these questions. Afterward, I was given a test to see what I knew about programming. Pretty easy test, only took me about 15 minutes to do. I got a call back a week or two later with their decision.
