After interviewing with the recruiter and a senior manager I was scheduled for the full/final interview. The interview was around 4 hours with 4 separate interviewers. The first was with the director or vp of engineering, and was very laid back basic managerial interview questions. the second interview was with one of the other managers at the same level as I was applying for. This interview was my only complaint, and perhaps the interviewers perspective was different but it seemed he was not nearly as technical and did not understand a lot of my answers. overall that "complaint" probably only pertains to that individual, but he was not very familiar with a lot of the newer technologies I was referencing and I think it affected the overall process. the third interview was with some of the senior developers they presented a chat app design and asked several questions about how I would architect the code like how I would break things down into components based on different scenarios and such. The final interview was with the senior manager I talked with originally and was more of the same type of questions from the directors interview, basic managerial stuff, talk about a time you had to fire or discipline someone, and other standard experience questions
