This is such a joke. I have 4 people refer me for a role that I am simply put, way over qualified for, but the job market is tough so I am willing to compromise. DraftKings won't even give me a single interview. Nothing. 0/10 on jobs with 2+ referrals on each position. I have no clue what they want at this point

Average interview with traditional questions regarding interest in the company, experience, etc. Overall felt a bit slighted by the interviewer who stated she would provide an update on the status of my candidacy after 5 days due to still being interview process. She was never heard from again!

Phone interview where the recruiter called me. She asked me about my experience and then told me what the job would be about. It lasted about 45 mins. It was a good conversation.

Job description offered a wide range of pay, only to find out they ONLY offer the minimum even when I had more experience than required. Never heard back after I asked for somewhere in the middle.
